Envoy replacement using ITK
We would like to remind our installer partners about an amazing feature in the ITK that allows you to retire and replace an Envoy at the click of a button. You can do this from your office or even when at another site as long as the new Envoy is physically replaced at the site. This should allow you to significantly cut down on your turn around times for Envoy replacement tasks.

In the last month, we have received some phenomenal feedback from our customers about how much easier it has become to reconnect their Envoys to Wi-Fi using the Enlighten app. The next time a customer of yours calls regarding an Envoy connectivity issue, don’t forget to educate them about this feature.
