We’re excited to announce new updates to help installers and homeowner customers get help with their Enphase systems. These complement previously announced improvements for our Service Manager, which focused on improvements to warranty claims.
These new features include:
- Added support agents! We’ve added knowledgeable and friendly support agents and adjusted hours to bring wait times down. We are working towards implementing call processes where you don’t have to tie up your phone to hold your place in the phone queue. Additionally, we’re building tools to make your install life easier. For example making the device replacement process much easier. Stay tuned for exciting updates to the Installer Tool Kit.
